EMF EMF is the globally accepted acronym for “electromagnetic fields”. It refers to the effects that magnetic fields may have on human beings, animals and plants. It is very important to understand that EMF is different from EMC or “electromagnetic compatibility”, which refers to electromagnetic interferences generated by a product on another product sharing the same electromagnetic environment.
