 | UL Classification Mark Products carrying the UL Classification Mark have been evaluated for specific properties, a limited range of hazards, or suitability for use under limited or special conditions. No other certification Mark is more widely accepted throughout the United States and Canada by consumers, regulatory authorities and the insurance industry.

 | UL Listing Mark The UL Listing Mark stands for tested and evaluated representative samples of the complete product to recognised US safety standards.

 | UL Recognition Mark The UL Recognised Component Mark may be used on component parts that are part of a larger product or system. No other certification Mark is more widely accepted throughout the United States and Canada by consumers, regulatory authorities and the insurance industry.

 | CCA The pan-European CCA agreement is based on reciprocal recognition of test results within the member countries. The agreement is valid only for those products for which there are harmonised European standards. The CCA Mark is recognised and accepted by consumers and buyers world-wide.

 | CCC The CCC Mark is a safety and quality mark for products sold in the Chinese market. It is required for products in 19 groups, divided into totally 132 product categories.

 | D-Mark The D-Mark is a safety mark registered and provided by UL Demko. Through UL-Demko's full membership in the CB Scheme as a National Certification Body (NCB) signatory in Europe, the D-Mark builds a global market gateway for your products.

 | EMC EMC is the globally accepted acronym for "Electromagnetic Compatibility." UL was instrumental in creating the International "emc-Mark" with other world-leading testing organisations. You will benefit from our highly experienced staff, providing EMC testing in Europe since 1995.

 | ENEC ENEC is a mark for luminaries, luminary components, electrical and electronic office and IT equipment, safety isolating and separating transformers, power supply units and switches for household appliances. It certifies the compliance of a product with the EN standards. ENEC is considered by the countries that signed the agreement as valid as their own national mark.

 | Ex Mark The Ex mark is a specific marking for explosive protection equipment. It is used to show that equipment, protective systems or components comply with the requirements of the European standards that are harmonised with the 94/9/EC Directive (ATEX Directive, named after the French "ATmosphere EXplosible”).

 | GOST R GOST R certification is mandatory for a wide range of products, which is based on safety testing (IEC standards with Russian deviations), EMC testing and for products in contact with food also Hygienic certification. It enables fast access to the Russian market.

 | GS-Mark The UL GS mark can be used on products such as household appliances, laboratory equipment, luminaries, IT/AV equipment and some components. Products are evaluated according to the Low Voltage Directive, EMC Directive and Machinery Directive. It is highy accepted by consumers on the European market as safety and quality statement.

 | NOM Mark The NOM (Normas Oficiales Mexicanas) Mark is a mandatory Mexican mark for electrical products, gas appliances, wire and cable, eletronic and telecommunications products.

 | PSE (DENAN) The PSE Mark is a mandatory mark for Japan according to the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law (DENAN). It is administered by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). It enables fast access to the Japanese market.

 | SASO The SASO Mark is a mandatory Saudi Arabian quality mark. It is approved by the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) to indicate conformity of the product to the relevant Saudi standard. The products covered include toys, electrical and electronics, automotive and chemical.

 | UL-BR Mark/ INMETRO The UL-BR Mark is a mark created by UL to simplify your access to the Brazilian market. It is designed to evaluate and certify electronic and eletrical products. It is displayed with the INMETRO (Official Accreditation Body's in Brazil) Mark.

 | UL-AR Mark/ S Mark UL Argentina is authorized to certify all products that come under the scope of Argentina's Resolution 92/98. The UL-AR Mark, that complies with the resolution, was created to simplify your access to the Argentine market.

 | Signaling Mark The UL Signaling Mark applies to products such as fire and life-safety alarms. Typical products in this category are smoke detectors, fire alarms and hospital nurse call systems.

 | Security Mark The UL Security Mark applies to products such as intrusion detectors, burglar alarms, access controls, anti-theft alarms, surveillance systems, safes and vaults.

 | Signaling and Security Mark The combination UL Security and Signaling Mark applies to products that serve both security and signaling functions. A typical example is a combination fire and burglar alarm system. Such products are evaluated for both applications. Consequently, they are eligible for the combination Mark.
